The European Technology Platform Photonics21 is a community of industry and research organisations. Jointly with the European Commission it develops and implement a common photonics strategy in a Horizon2020 Public Private Partnership (PPP) to spur growth and jobs in Europe.

AEIT-CORIFI cohordinates and represents the Italian community that operates in photonics, promoting research and innovation in photonics.
